Dear Friends,

There is a man named Abdul Rahman who lives in a far away country called Afghanistan. Most people in that country are not Christians. Their religion is Islam. But Mr. Rahman is a Christian. He used to believe in Islam until he learned about Jesus 16 years ago.

Now Mr. Rahman believes in Jesus! This makes God very happy, but it made Mr. Rahman's family very angry. They did not want him to be a Christian or to teach his daughters about Jesus. So they had him arrested. Some Islamic people in Afghanistan believe that if someone stops believing in Islam and starts believing in Jesus they should be killed. They are putting him on trial and want to kill him.

They want Mr. Rahman to become Islamic again. Mr. Rahmen knows that they want to kill him, but he still says that he believes in Jesus! Let's pray for Mr. Rahman. Let's pray that Mr. Rahman will tell people how he believes in Jesus no matter what!

Thank you for loving us so much. Please be with Mr. Rahmen during this scary time. Help him to be a light for you and show others your love. Help him encourage other people to believe in you. Please help Mr. Rahman to tell people that he believes in you no matter what.

Thank you for loving us no matter what. Thank you that we get to grow up in a country that let's people decide what they want to believe. Thank you for keeping us safe. Please be with Mr. Rahman. Help us to show other people your love. Its nice to talk to you God. We love you!
